At Brissett we have been listening to our customers. Many have been requesting a more economical blanket. The challenge was to provide our customers with a more cost effective blanket, whilst not sacrificing on quality or performance. 

In response to this challenge we are excited to introduce the BlueDot 30  and BlueDot 50 range of blankets.

Test results on the BlueDot 30 and BlueDot 50 revealed a 9% dot gain  on 50% screen, [59%]. This is a 2% dot gain improvement when compared to our previous highest selling blanket, [61%]. Whilst offering a superior dot reproduction, the Brissett Blue Dot range of blankets also offer significant cost savings.

 Other features include:

*A high strength fabric/rubber sandwich construction, with superior tension stability.

*A precision micro ground and polished blue rubber surface, [0.7- 1.0 um roughness].  

*Uniform gauge of 1.95 mm [Tolerance off level of plus/minus 0.015mm ].

*Uniform compressible layer of 18% [Bluedot 50] and 10%, [Bluedot 30].
